Creating Payment Links
Payment links are the fastest way to start accepting payments. Learn how to create, configure, and manage your payment links.
What are Payment Links?
Payment links are unique URLs that direct your customers to a secure payment page. They're perfect for:
- Sending invoices via email or messaging apps
- Selling products on social media
- Accepting donations
- Quick one-time payments
- Embedding on websites without coding
Creating Your First Link
- Navigate to Payment Links
From your dashboard, click on "Payment Links" in the sidebar menu
- Click "Add New"
You'll see the payment link creation form
- Fill in Basic Information
Name (Internal)
For your reference only - not shown to customers
Example: "Invoice #1234" or "Product: Blue T-Shirt"
Amount
Set a fixed price or allow customers to enter their own
- Fixed Amount: Best for products with set prices
- Customer Enters Amount: Perfect for donations or flexible payments
- Minimum Amount: Set a floor while allowing customers to pay more
Currency
Choose the currency for this payment
Currently supported: JMD (Jamaican Dollar) and USD (US Dollar)
Description
Shown to customers on the payment page
Be clear about what the customer is paying for. This appears on the checkout page and in their receipt.
Advanced Options
Collection Options
Collect additional information from customers:
- Email Address: Required for receipts and notifications
- Phone Number: Optional, useful for delivery or follow-ups
- Shipping Address: Enable for physical product sales
- Custom Fields: Add your own fields to collect specific information
Quantity Limits
Set a maximum number of times this link can be used. Great for:
- Limited edition products
- Event tickets with capacity limits
- Subscription slots
Expiration Date
Set when the payment link should stop accepting payments. Useful for:
- Time-sensitive offers
- Invoice due dates
- Early bird pricing periods
Redirect URLs
Customize where customers go after payment:
Success URL
Where customers are redirected after successful payment
Cancel URL
Where customers go if they cancel the payment

QR Code
Download and display QR codes for easy mobile scanning
Managing Your Links
From the payment links dashboard, you can:
- View all active and expired links
- Track payment statistics per link
- Edit link details
- Archive or delete unused links
- Duplicate links to create similar ones quickly
